Paula is a Royal Gummi and she's the first baby girl I've adopted. In fact, out of all the kids I've taken on, only Max and Rufus were still babies at the time of adoption.
Paula is as adorable as ever and she's won over all the kids with her winning smile. She's only one-and-a-half, but I can already see that she's going to be a little charmer - "little" being the optimum word. Gummi Bears never grow very tall; a fully grown adult barely reaches an adult human's chest. Barbics tend to be slightly taller and more robust than Glens or Royals, but even they are short compared to most non-Gummi races.
She was a little jealous when I first introduced Vince, though that was hardly surprising since, until that point, she was the baby of the family. It was the same with Max when I adopted Rufus and with Rufus when I adopted Paula. They both had somewhat mixed feelings about being "demoted" to second youngest. Paula reacted in much the same way; in her case, she responded by refusing to let me be alone with Vince and screaming if I went to pick him up. She's beginning to accept him now, but I once caught her trying to shut Vince in the cupboard.
Aside from this, Paula is a lovely child. Indeed, having adopted her when she was less than a year old, I can't help regretting the fact that I missed out on this stage with her sisters and her five oldest brothers. Still, I wouldn't swap any of my kids for the world . . .

This is some of Paula's stuff. The stuffed dog is particularly popular - although she does choose to express her love for it by sucking one of its limbs. There's also a ride-on shaped like a sheep, a ball with Berbils printed on it, a hammer tray and a set of maracas. Paula enjoys shaking the latter.
