Like Connie and Tia, Byron and his brother, Malachi, are Barbic Gummis rescued from that "orphanage". He's the second eldest of the Gummi kids I've adopted, falling midway between Willow and Sophie in terms of age.
Byron is now very much a typical pre-teen, strong-willed and somewhat stubborn with a seemingly insatiable urge to prove he's the best. This, coupled with his natural Barbic tendencies, often leads to trouble.
The other day, for instance, he and Yumi got into an argument over a spaceboard race they'd just had. Yumi just pipped Byron at the post, but he wasn't prepared to admit defeat and accused her of cheating. Even though she's taller than him, he then decked her one, provoking her into using her Ice powers to freeze him. I had to step in at that point and told Yumi to unfreeze him at once, before grounding the pair of them for the rest of the day. Still, at least this means they're behaving like regular pre-teenagers; having come from that dreadful "orphanage", they were somewhat subdued at first, as were all the kids who came from that place.
He's also a lot more willing to let Malachi out of his sight now. Recently, Malachi went off to play with some of his other siblings and Byron never batted an eyelid.

These are some of Byron's belongings. The purple thing is a rubber alien that he thinks is really "neat". In addition, he has a spaceboard, a Battleship game and a slingshot - the latter is subject to the same rules as Willow's target set. Below the toys, you can see his pet wolf, Lucky.
This is Byron's bedroom furniture. His two favourite colours are black and green, so I chose stuff which reflected that. Below his bed and chest of drawers, you can see his desk and chair.
